Jury System

Fair Dispute Resolution, Decided by Real People

Most jobs go perfectly. But when disagreements happen, you deserve better than waiting weeks for customer service. Our jury system lets neutral platform users review the evidence and vote on what's fair, typically resolved within 24 hours. It's the most transparent dispute resolution in the industry.

How the Jury System Works

Learn How Disputes Are Resolved Fairly

Step 1: A Dispute Is Opened
Either the client or provider can open a dispute if there's a disagreement about the work, payment, or contract terms. The platform immediately pauses any fund transfers and notifies both parties.
Step 2: Evidence Is Submitted
Both sides submit their case: photos, messages, contract details, and any relevant documentation. Each party has 24 hours to present their full story. Everything is organized clearly for jurors to review.
Step 3: Neutral Jurors Are Selected
A panel of 3-5 platform users is randomly selected to serve as jurors. These are real people who use AnyService — they could be clients, providers, or both. Importantly, they don't know either party and have no stake in the outcome.
Step 4: Jurors Review & Vote
Jurors independently review all evidence from both sides. They evaluate based on: contract terms, quality of work delivered, communication records, and platform standards. Each juror votes on what they believe is the fair resolution.
Step 5: Decision Is Final & Binding
The majority vote determines the outcome, typically within 24 hours. The decision includes how much of the agreed payment the provider receives (0% to 100%). Both parties are notified, funds are distributed accordingly, and the case is closed.
